Xenonstack's People Excellence team is looking for a deadline-focused Talent Acquisition Professional to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
The HR Recruiters responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
Writing job descriptions & interview questions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Assess candidate information including CVs and portfolios and references
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Organize and attend Job Fairs and Recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Keep records of all material used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork to share with the key stakeholders
Performing background and reference checks.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Plan & Implement the companys talent acquisition strategies
Develop company policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
Desired Candidate Profile
Work Experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
Familiar with Social Media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System
Keen understanding of requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
